How do I reset my password or access my account?
AWSReady supports multiple authentication methods: Google OAuth
(no password needed), and Magic Link (passwordless email login).
For password reset, use the "Forgot Password" link on the login
page. For Google OAuth or Magic Link, simply use your email
address to sign in.
What's included in the free version vs. premium?
Free users have access to the first 2 pages (10 questions) of each
exam. Premium users get full access to all questions for the exam
they purchase. You can buy access to individual exams or bundles.
How do refunds work?
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all premium purchases. To
request a refund within 7 days of purchase, contact us through the
question reporting feature or visit our contact page. Refunds are
processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business
days.
Can I access premium content on multiple devices?
Yes! Once you purchase premium access to an exam, you can access
it from any device by logging in with the same account (using your
email, Google OAuth, or Magic Link). Your progress is
automatically synced across devices.
Are the quiz questions actual AWS exam questions?
No. Our quiz questions are designed to mirror the format and
difficulty of AWS certification exams, but they are not actual
exam questions. We create original practice questions based on AWS
documentation and exam blueprints.
I found an error in a quiz question. How do I report it?
Thank you for helping us improve! You can report issues directly
on each question by clicking the three-dot menu (â‹®) button in the
top-right corner of any question card. This opens a detailed
report form where you can describe the issue. We review all
submissions and update questions regularly.
How do I delete my account and data?
You can delete your account by logging in, going to Settings
(Account tab), and clicking "Delete Account." This will
permanently remove all your data including quiz progress, answers,
and account information.
Do you offer bulk pricing for teams or organizations?
Currently, we offer per-exam premium access for individual users.
Bulk pricing and team features are planned for future releases.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard,
American Express, Discover) through our secure payment processor,
LemonSqueezy. We do not store your payment card details.
